Cutting out background music and vocals
How can I take just the vocals from one song and mix it with just the instrumentals of another? I'm new to DJing so any help or advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

There is no easy way to do this, but depending on the song you can get acceptable results using e.g. a bandpass Audio Unit filter:
